Singer Palace Hotel

There is in a corner of the historic center of Rome, an Art Deco marvel unknown to the general public, the Singer Palace.

Rome was the scene, from 1920 to 1940, of a real architectural revolution and a phase of urban renewal in which propaganda served to monumentalize buildings of public utility. There was talk of the modern movement, Italian rationalism and Art Déco. Mario Loreti was an important exponent of that era, with his architectures rationalism, avant-garde and reinterpretation of classicism in an abstract and simplified sense. In 1930, Mario Loreti was called by Singer, the famous American sewing machine company, to build its headquarters in Italy. Thus was born the Singer Palace, in via Alessandro Specchi, close to Via del Corso and the Roman College.

In the summer of 2018, after years of renovation, it was transformed into a luxury hotel.

The Singer Palace is now an elegant Boutique Hotel in the heart of ancient Rome. Here guests are pampered, allowing them to experience moments of great relaxation. All the rooms and suites are furnished with care with Italian-made furnishings and fabrics, including C&C Milano fabrics and finished products that cover headboards, armchairs, decorative cushions and bathroom accessories.
