Meticulously made by our talented artisans, Galapagos is 100% cotton, an easy maintenance textile, machine washable and hardwearing. Cotton piqué and matelassè are unique fabrics, lightly padded due to the special kind of weave structure, an interlacement of tight and loose threads, that makes it thick but light and breathable, perfectly suitable for restorative and serene sleeps. Textured cotton piqué fabrics have traditionally been used for bedding, because of their properties and multiplicity of uses, from bed linens in their softest structure to bed covers and light-use upholstery. That's the reason why piqués come in pastel and delicate hues.
