Stagioni is part of the wool Kilim carpet collection in thick wool (1,700 kg per sqm) exclusively hand made for C&C Milano. 

Stagioni, like its name that means seasons, is the accessory to celebrate the passing of time and nature transformations through the year. The color palette of Stagioni style is inspired by the prevailing hues of every single season, so your carpet will perfectly match the pastel color combination of spring blossoms or the more calm and cold palette of winter days. Stagioni will confer to your interiors a composed sense of integration with the outside, blurring the distinction between in and out. Use Stagioni carpet as blank canvas to express and combine your personal color sensibility inspired by nature between 51 nuances of naturally dyed wool from vegetal and mineral pigments.

Kilim indicates at the same time a geometric pattern, the most common design for this kind of artefacts, and the flat weave construction method of the carpet. The Kilim carpet takes shape by knotting the weft threads on the solid warp, feature that makes these accessories also double face; tightly assembled, the carpet is extremely long lasting and gets more beautiful over time also because the natural and mineral pigments used to dye wool get a more vibrant and intense shade.
