Cashmere is a selected fiber from small goats raised in Asia; the best fibers come from Iran, Mongolia, Tibet and Afghanistan. Its name derives from the historical region of Kasmir, situated between India, Pakistan and China. Cashmere is smooth, silky and velvety, giving a warm and fluffy feeling on the skin.
