Linus throw is a unique luxury accessory made with the homonymous brushed silk fabric, combed after being woven to be soft and fluffy as cashmere while remaining shiny as traditional silk. Linus fabric is an exclusivity from C&C Milano collection which worked closely with their artisan weavers to create a unique fabric, for softness and innovation in the high-end textile market. Linus throw has a neat and tailored silhouette, very simple and contemporary, finished with a rolled hem with stitched detail.

Silk is a protein fiber produced by silkworms, the most shimmering and bright among animal fibers. Silk filament is obtained by unwinding the cocoons of the worms Bombyx mori in hot water and then spinning 4 to 8 filaments (long up to 1 km) together into a single thread. The silk yarn, produced from continuous filaments, has a great tensile strenght and a natural shimmer because of its triangular molecular structure that act like a prism and refracts light.
